A serial entrepreneur and former health plan executive, AK has consistently driven transformation at the intersection of care delivery, payer systems, and digital health innovation.
Before founding RevDoc, AK launched and led multiple healthcare software companies, including one that ranked among Inc.’s 25 fastest-growing companies in the world. His leadership experience also includes senior executive roles at national U.S. health plans, where he oversaw large-scale technology and operations initiatives to improve quality, compliance, and member outcomes.
Throughout his career, AK has been recognized for his ability to combine deep operational insight with forward-thinking innovation. He is passionate about re-engineering healthcare around the doctor–patient relationship—removing administrative friction and enabling care that is personal, efficient, and accessible.
At RevDoc, AK applies his entrepreneurial and payer-side expertise to create a new healthcare model that empowers providers and restores trust, transparency, and human connection to modern medicine.
Dr. Tom Harmantas is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Toronto. He is a dual Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Harvard University School of Public Health, along with a Leadership and Development Certificate from the Department of Health Policy and Management.
With more than two decades of senior leadership experience, Dr. Harmantas has served in key executive roles at a major University of Toronto teaching hospital, including Chief of Staff, Chief Medical Executive, and Vice President of Clinical Programs. His career reflects a blend of academic excellence, surgical expertise, and health system leadership.
Salome Isbell
CFO
Isbell is a senior financial and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation across the healthcare technology and SaaS sectors. She has a proven record of leading strategic initiatives, complex M&A transactions, and large-scale operational integrations for both emerging and established organizations.
Before joining RevDoc, Salome served as Chief Financial Officer for several high-growth healthcare IT companies, including MedHOK and PureSafety where she played a pivotal role in scaling operations, strengthening financial infrastructure, and guiding successful acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles in technology and software companies, where she built a reputation for aligning financial discipline with innovation.

Dan is an accomplished corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience advising organizations in healthcare, technology, and professional services. His practice focuses on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border business development, as well as tax and estate planning. Dan’s strategic approach and deep understanding of Canadian and international business law have made him a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, executives, and growth-stage companies navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
As a Partner at Blaney McMurtry LLP and Editor-in-Chief of the firm’s Guide to Doing Business in Canada, Dan has been instrumental in helping American and global enterprises establish successful operations in Canada. His work spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare delivery, manufacturing, engineering, and technology, where he has guided numerous clients through corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
Dan brings a sharp legal mind and a collaborative spirit to the Board, helping guide the company’s mission to expand access to affordable, cash-pay healthcare across North America. His combination of business insight, legal expertise, and commitment to innovation supports RevDoc’s continued growth as it builds a modern, patient-centered healthcare ecosystem.
Dr. Belle Cao is a family physician with a strong focus in skin disorders and surgical assisting, she brings experience in both comprehensive primary care and procedural dermatology.
Dr. Cao earned her Doctor of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at McMaster University, following her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) with a minor in Music. She has gained extensive clinical experience at the Canadian Dermatology Centre, Rejuvenation Dermatology, and DermEdge, with additional roles in family medicine practices and surgical assisting in orthopedics, plastic, and cosmetic procedures.
She has practiced in Ontario at Echo Valley Family Health Organization, Canadian Dermatology Centre, and Trillium Health Partners, where her work spans preventative care, minor procedures, and dermatology-focused consultations.

Dr. Alan Tan is a family and emergency physician with advanced expertise in emergency ultrasonography. He brings extensive clinical and academic experience to his practice.
Dr. Tan earned his Doctor of Medicine at McMaster University, completed Family Medicine residency at Queen’s University, and went on to pursue Emergency Medicine residency training at Western University. He later completed a Fellowship in Emergency Ultrasonography at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. He is also a Master Instructor with the Canadian Point-of-Care Ultrasound Society.
At Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, a leading academic tertiary hospital, Dr. Tan practices in the emergency department, providing emergency and acute care while actively teaching medical students and residents. He is deeply engaged in ultrasound education and contributes to research in emergency point-of-care ultrasound, simulation, and medical education.

Josh is a seasoned business development leader with over a decade of experience driving growth, forging partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across Canada’s healthcare landscape. His career spans health tech, pharmacy networks, and clinical consulting, where he’s known for turning visionary concepts into actionable strategies that deliver results.
Josh draws on his expertise in healthcare operations, strategic consulting, and relationship management to expand market presence, strengthen provider networks, and cultivate collaborations. His leadership includes national initiatives with major healthcare organizations and advisory roles for startups on go-to-market execution and business optimization.
Previously, Josh held leadership positions with Healtheon Canada, Rexall Pharmacy Group, DoctorCare Inc., and Cirrus Consulting Group, and founded QD Health Group, a healthcare consulting firm focused on growth strategy and organizational excellence.

Professor James Levine, MD PhD
President Foundation Ipsen
Dr. Levine has three decades of experience in the healthcare sector at Mayo Clinic. For the last 5 years, he has been President of Foundation Ipsen, an international science foundation focused on Rare Disease Innovation.
With a background in wearable technologies, data gathering and data analytics, and with more than 100 patents and trademarks, Levine helped found 35 companies (17 to Series A and 1 IPO). He was the Innovator of the Year in the state of Minnesota, the World Trade Fair and NASA. Under the Mayo Clinic NEAT Trademarks Levine’s team delivered scalable health solutions to 72 US corporations.
A great deal of James’ work focuses on biotech development, scalable health solutions and business opportunities in underserved countries. The UNESCO World Report on Science which he sponsored in his current role, facilitated business development (without personal gain) in underserved regions in the United States, and in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Cote d’lvoire, Afghanistan, Jamaica, Asia, Kenya and India. Consulting to four USA Presidents, the State Department, US Army and internationally, Levine in 2018 was awarded the President’s Medal for promoting social embeddedness.
A physician and scientist, Levine has published more than 200 articles, six papers in Science and Nature plus articles in journals such as, the New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet and JAMA. He has written four books published in 19 languages in 37 countries.

Debra S. Wickman
MD, MS, FACOG, NCMP, CSC
Dr. Wickman is a leading expert in gynecology and female sexual medicine based in Phoenix, AZ. She holds a B.S. in Nursing from Southern College, an M.S. in Parent-Child Nursing from Loma Linda University, and an M.D. from the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. Wickman completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Washington and a fellowship in Female Sexual Medicine at UCLA.
Currently, Dr. Wickman is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and Director of Sexual Medicine at Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix's Women’s Institute. She also serves as Program Director for the Fellowship in Female Sexual Medicine.
Dr. Wickman’s clinical expertise encompasses biohacking menopause, sexual health, and addressing sexual dysfunction following cancer treatment. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the North American Menopause Society. Additionally, she is a Certified Sexuality Counselor and a Certified Life Mastery Consultant.
A prolific contributor to medical literature and a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, Dr. Wickman is dedicated to improving women’s health through a holistic approach that integrates medical treatment with lifestyle and psychological wellness.
