
Dr. Tom Harmantas, MD, MSc, FACS, FRCSC
President
Dr. Tom Harmantas is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Toronto. He is a dual Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Harvard University School of Public Health, along with a Leadership and Development Certificate from the Department of Health Policy and Management.
With more than two decades of senior leadership experience, Dr. Harmantas has served in key executive roles at a major University of Toronto teaching hospital, including Chief of Staff, Chief Medical Executive, and Vice President of Clinical Programs. His career reflects a blend of academic excellence, surgical expertise, and health system leadership.

Dan Giantsopoulos
Board Member
Dan is an accomplished corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience advising organizations in healthcare, technology, and professional services. His practice focuses on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border business development, as well as tax and estate planning. Dan’s strategic approach and deep understanding of Canadian and international business law have made him a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, executives, and growth-stage companies navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
As a Partner at Blaney McMurtry LLP and Editor-in-Chief of the firm’s Guide to Doing Business in Canada, Dan has been instrumental in helping American and global enterprises establish successful operations in Canada. His work spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare delivery, manufacturing, engineering, and technology, where he has guided numerous clients through corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
Dan brings a sharp legal mind and a collaborative spirit to the Board, helping guide the company’s mission to expand access to affordable, cash-pay healthcare across North America. His combination of business insight, legal expertise, and commitment to innovation supports RevDoc’s continued growth as it builds a modern, patient-centered healthcare ecosystem.

Salome Isbell
CFO
Isbell is a senior financial and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation across the healthcare technology and SaaS sectors. She has a proven record of leading strategic initiatives, complex M&A transactions, and large-scale operational integrations for both emerging and established organizations.
Before joining RevDoc, Salome served as Chief Financial Officer for several high-growth healthcare IT companies, including MedHOK and PureSafety where she played a pivotal role in scaling operations, strengthening financial infrastructure, and guiding successful acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles in technology and software companies, where she built a reputation for aligning financial discipline with innovation.

Dr. Alan Tan, MD, CCFP(EM)
Dr. Alan Tan is a family and emergency physician with advanced expertise in emergency ultrasonography. He brings extensive clinical and academic experience to his practice.
Dr. Tan earned his Doctor of Medicine at McMaster University, completed Family Medicine residency at Queen’s University, and went on to pursue Emergency Medicine residency training at Western University. He later completed a Fellowship in Emergency Ultrasonography at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. He is also a Master Instructor with the Canadian Point-of-Care Ultrasound Society.
At Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, a leading academic tertiary hospital, Dr. Tan practices in the emergency department, providing emergency and acute care while actively teaching medical students and residents. He is deeply engaged in ultrasound education and contributes to research in emergency point-of-care ultrasound, simulation, and medical education.
